01Using paged.cc
These terms apply to paged.cc and oush.cc (together, “paged.cc”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use paged.cc.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account.
02Your account
- Your seed is your password. Keep it private. We only store a hash of it, so a lost seed can't be recovered unless your account is also connected to Discord.
- You're responsible for what happens under your account.
- Usernames that impersonate others or are offensive may be changed or removed.
03What you can't do
Don't use paged.cc links, bio pages or texts for:
- malware, phishing, scams, or pages that trick people into giving away passwords, money or personal data;
- anything illegal where you or your visitors are, including content that sexually exploits minors;
- spam, or hiding where a link really goes in order to get around another site's rules or filters;
- harassment, threats, or sharing other people's private information without consent;
- content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights;
- attacking, overloading or trying to break the service.
We may disable or delete any link, page, text or account that breaks these rules, without notice.
04Your content
You keep the rights to what you publish. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people who open your links, pages and texts, which is what the service is for.
Links are locked once created. Texts are deleted automatically when they expire, and expired texts can't be restored, so keep your own copy of anything important.
05Plans and Premium
- The Free plan and its monthly limits are shown on the homepage and in your dashboard. Limits reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
- Premium is bought by contacting us on Discord. Price, period and what's included are agreed there and shown on the site.
- If Premium ends, your existing links, pages and texts keep working, but the Free limits apply to new ones.
- We may change plans and limits in the future; changes don't take away what you already paid for during that period.
06Publisher program
Publishers can create ad links (paged.cc/a/…) and earn part of the ad revenue those links bring in.
- Publisher access is given at our discretion and can be changed or removed.
- Earnings are estimates based on the ad network's reports and the views on your links. Your share depends on your rank and is shown in your dashboard where applicable.
- Payouts are made on request through Discord, in the method we agree on.
- Invalid traffic is not paid: bots, paid or fake views, and asking or forcing people to click ads. Accounts doing this lose publisher access and their unpaid balance.
- We may change revenue shares going forward. Changes don't reduce what you already earned before them.
07Ads and advertisers
Ad links show a short sponsored page before the destination. Visitors are never required to click an ad to continue. Advertisers who book space through /advertise agree separately on the details; we don't accept adult, scam, gambling or misleading ads in our own ad space.
08Availability and liability
paged.cc is provided “as is”. We work to keep it fast and online, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or stop features.
We aren't responsible for the websites that links point to. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of paged.cc.
09Ending your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time on Discord. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. When an account is deleted, its texts are removed; its links and bio pages may be removed too.
10Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use paged.cc after a change means you accept it. Questions or reports of abuse: contact us on Discord.
